Deliveries

We work with Royal Mail to get your products to you as quickly as possible, and offer two delivery options:


Tracked 48hr
: £3.95 per order (free for orders over £40)

Tracked 24hr: £4.95 per order


We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you’re not around when Royal Mail tries to deliver, they’ll leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your parcel.

Returns

You have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. If you change your mind, you can return any unopened, unused, and sealed products for a full refund.

If any products that you receive are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know within 30 days of receiving them, and we’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair. We’ll cover the cost of returning any faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.

Once we’ve received your returned items, we’ll process any refunds within 14 calendar days to your original payment method.

Please note that because our products are personal toiletry items, we can't accept returns for anything that has been opened or used. If you’ve used a product and feel it’s not right for you, we encourage you to pass it on to a friend or family member – this ensures the product gets used, while helping the environment by reducing waste.
